Ball Bearings

Ball bearings use spherical rolling elements to reduce friction, capable of handling radial and axial loads. They offer high-speed performance and simple structure, widely applied in motors and pumps.

Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Deep groove ball bearings are the most common type, featuring deep raceway grooves that allow them to carry radial and axial loads in both directions. They offer high-speed capability, low friction, and simple construction, making them suitable for applications like electric motors, pumps, and conveyors. Sealed or shielded versions are available to prevent contamination and retain lubricant.

Self-aligning Ball Bearings

Self-aligning ball bearings have two rows of balls and a spherical outer ring raceway, enabling them to automatically align with shaft misalignments up to 2-3 degrees. They are resistant to shaft deflection and misalignment caused by mounting errors or thermal expansion, making them ideal for rough machinery or applications with unstable support, such as fans, woodworking equipment, and agricultural machinery.

Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Angular contact ball bearings have raceways inclined at an angle, designed to carry combined radial and axial loads in one direction. The contact angle (typically 15°, 25°, or 40°) determines their axial load capacity—larger angles handle heavier axial loads. They are often used in pairs or sets to withstand bidirectional loads, suitable for applications like machine tool spindles, automotive transmissions, and pumps requiring high precision and rigidity.

Hybrid Ceramic Bearings

Hybrid Ceramic Bearings feature ceramic balls (Si₃N₄) with steel rings, offering lower density and higher hardness than steel balls. This reduces centrifugal force and heat at high speeds, while resisting corrosion. Ideal for machine tools, aerospace, and electric vehicles.

Magneto Bearings

Magneto Bearings use electromagnetic forces to levitate rotating shafts, eliminating mechanical contact. This design enables frictionless operation, high-speed capability, and minimal maintenance. Ideal for precision machinery, aerospace, and high-performance turbines.

Plastic Ball Bearings

Plastic Ball Bearings are made of POM or nylon with plastic cages and stainless steel balls, offering corrosion resistance and low friction. Lightweight and non-magnetic, they suit medical devices, food machinery, and wet environments.
